"Cate Maguire's Polka" is an Irish polka that I have had around for a little while, but finally I've decided to give it the recording, mixing and mastering it deserves! The piece is led by the tin whistle, and the accordion, acoustic guitar, bass guitar and the mighty bodhrán (Irish frame drum) all make an appearance!
I hope you enjoy my first piece for a while! If you like dancing the cèilidh, drinking a Guinness or a Belhaven - or if you just like idyllic-sounding Irish women's names - then you should like this track :-)
